Feature
- Design in accordance with API 610
- Apply API 682 mechanical seal; cartridge design for easy maintenance.
- Shaft sleeve and impeller are interchangeable with type STW pump.
- Back pull-out design for easy maintenance.
- Hook-type shaft sleeve can ensure thermal expansion. A drive pin ensures positive rotation.
- Maximum 0.002″ deflection at stuffing box surface at maximum load.
- Pump casing seal uses stainless steel to enclose graphite gasket, which ensures tight hook, high temperature resistance and prevent leak.
- Precision machining to ensure positive alignment.
- Dynamic-balance calibrated impeller enables the pump to have low noise, low vibration level and achieve high efficiency. Close impeller fitted with balance holes to minimize the pressure in stuffing box and reduce thrust load on the bearing.
