- CXW type pump is DIN 24255 standard with over 50 different sizes to choose from.
- Back pull-out design for quick access to stuffing box, impeller, and bearing without dissembling the pump itself. A spacer coupling can be added to provide easy inspection without removing motor.
- Centerline discharge design simplifies piping connections and enables pump to self-exhaust.
- Dynamic balanced and calibrated impeller enables pump to achieve low noise, low vibration and high efficiency. The fully open impeller has balance holes to minimize the pressure in stuffing box and bearing’s thrust load. Impeller is fastened to shaft by 2 nuts.
- Renewable shaft sleeve is fastened onto the shaft to protect the shaft and extend its product life.
- Thrust load is equally distributed between two bearings, which decreases wear and tear and extend bearing’s product life.
